We offer a competitive base salary with uncapped potential for sales commissions. As an Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to maximize your earnings based on your sales performance. Most first-year Account Managers can earn approximately $30,000 in commissions alone. Our compensation package reflects our commitment to rewarding exceptional sales results and providing you with the opportunity to achieve unlimited success.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Be the primary point of contact for existing, new, and prospective members, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Identify and pursue new business leads to expand our membership base and enhance services for existing members.
  • Lead marketing initiatives to elevate the quality of our services for our valued members.
  • Obtain quotes for new and renewal accounts, skillfully negotiating pricing and coverage with underwriters and brokers.
  • Collaborate with the producer to prepare compelling proposals for prospective members.
  • Define and document streamlined processes and procedures for efficient member services.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries regarding their policy.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Hold a valid Property and Casualty agent license (preferred).
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced office environment, adeptly managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Perform effectively under tight deadlines, showcasing exceptional time management skills.
  • Excel both as an independent worker and as a collaborative team player.
  • Possess strong technology skills, particularly with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Salesforce.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
