Payroll
CAT tax, sales tax, royalty payments
Job costing
Assist with financial planning for the company
Oversee and manage accounts receivable/collections
Effective communication with customers and insurance companies
Understanding individual jobs and working with the Job File Coordinators
Learning Xactimate & Symbility billing practices
Requirements:
Quickbook experience REQUIRED
Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word experience
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Criminal background check
Pre-employment drug screen
MVR check-must have valid driver's license
