What You’ll Do

• Identify and connect with talented professionals across a variety of industries
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications
• Partner with senior recruiters to support executive searches
• Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify top talent
• Attend networking events and engage with the local business community
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity
