Cultural Operations Specialist
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Promote the agency’s mission statement and give direction to maintain a hospitable work environment agency wide.
- Establish, maintain, and ensure adherence to all agency policies and procedures.
- Foster an atmosphere of mutual respect by encouraging positive staff relations.
- Communicate and represent the Changemakers culture and values, working to build and institute consistent opportunities and vehicles for the entire team to embody and experience our culture through events, team building, retreat, etc.
- Establish a work environment that helps people contribute and collaborate at their full potential Coordinate and manage preparation and delivery of employment offer and welcome letters.
- Oversee the administration of new hire paperwork received from Program Directors and ensure all references and background checks are conducted and only conducted with the employee’s consent.
- Oversee the administration of the personnel record keeping function in accordance with legal requirements.
- Oversee the administration of training records using the Relias eLearning software module according to the requirements of the various finding sources.
- Complete employee job verification forms from various creditors, agencies, and employers, etc.
- Mange and coordinate Protection of Children/Call to Protect (POC/CTP) trainings, paperwork, reminders, and payments.
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Business Science, Human Resource Management, or similar area preferred or 2 years’ experience in related field.
