Design & Studio Manager

Service Specialists is recruiting for a Design & Studio Manager to join a growing artist and calligraphy business in Oxford, Mississippi. This role combines creativity, client relationships, and project management and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, design-minded, and motivated to help a creative business continue to grow.

In This Role

• Manage custom design projects from concept through completion.
• Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships.
• Design custom printed products using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Coordinate project timelines, proofs, production, and deadlines.
• Communicate with clients throughout the design and production process.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Support the organization and day-to-day operations of the studio.
• Bring fresh ideas and a growth mindset to the business.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Graphic design experience, particularly with custom printed products.
