We are seeking an experienced and driven Insurance Executive to spearhead the growth and development of association group-based insurance programs across a diverse range of industries. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the insurance landscape, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a track record of driving results. 1. Program Strategy and Development:
- Collaborate with association partners to understand their unique needs and industry dynamics.
- Craft and execute a comprehensive strategy for designing, launching, and scaling insurance programs that cater to the specific requirements of different industries.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the insurance sector and tailor programs accordingly.
2. Partnership Cultivation:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with association leaders, key stakeholders, carrier and broker partners as well as potential clients.
- Leverage your industry expertise to position our insurance offerings as valuable solutions for associations and their members.
3. Product Innovation:
- Collaborate with brokers, underwriters and product development teams to create innovative insurance products that align with the needs of association members.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes, ensuring all programs remain compliant and effective.
4. Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive enrollment and revenue growth for association/affinity group-based insurance programs.
- Lead sales efforts, including prospecting, client presentations, and negotiations.
- Utilize your network and market insights to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
5. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Develop a dedicated team responsible for program implementation, client servicing, and ongoing relationship management.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.
6. Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry benchmarks to inform program enhancements and pricing strategies.
- Provide regular reports to senior leadership on program performance, growth metrics, and areas for improvement.
7. Budget Management:
- Work closely with the finance department to establish and manage budgets related to program development, marketing, and sales efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record in insurance program development and management, with a focus on association/affinity group-based programs or at least 5 years of experience in a highly regulated sales role.
- Strong network within the insurance industry and demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Leadership experience, including managing teams and driving performance.
- Knowledge of insurance regulations, compliance, and market trends.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.

Salary: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 Base + bonus/commission
