Service Specialists recruiting agency is partnering with a growing, multi-location healthcare organization to find a handson, transformational Revenue Cycle Manager. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who thrives in complex revenue environments and is energized by improving performance, building strong teams, and driving meaningful financial impact.This role will immediately assume responsibility for two large billing operations with over $25 million in Accounts Receivable, including a significant portion of aged balances requiring strategic and operational intervention.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and overseeing all Revenue Cycle operations, including billing, collections, cash posting, and AR management
  • Taking a hands-on approach to resolving aged AR and improving cash flow
  • Managing and developing a team of 20+ revenue cycle professionals
  • Designing and implementing workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, and accountability
  • Partnering with the Practice CEO and VP of Revenue Cycle to set and achieve financial performance goals
  • Supporting integration of newly acquired practices and revenue systems into the platform
  • Providing consistent weekly and monthly reporting to leadership
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and payer requirements
  • Approving write-offs and supporting collection agency processes
  • Assisting HR with hiring and building strong revenue cycle teams

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred)
  • 8+ years of financial management experience, including 2+ years in medical financials
  • 3+ years managing teams of 15+ employees

Technical & Industry Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle best practices
  • Experience with ICD-10, CPT coding, and medical terminology
  • Orthopedic and/or Surgery Center billing experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools

Compensation: $130k+ base with 10% bonus opportunity. Strong benefits and relocation assistance offered.
