Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for professional and executive-level positions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and client companies
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate qualified candidates
• Present candidates and provide consultative guidance throughout the hiring process
• Build and expand a network of professionals through community involvement, networking events, and relationship-building activities
• Develop new business opportunities while maintaining exceptional client service
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously while ensuring a high-quality candidate and client experience
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Self-starter with strong time management and problem-solving abilities
• Professional, motivated, and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, account management, human resources, or a related field is preferred
