Government Business Development Manager
A highly respected public accounting and consulting firm is growing its Government Services practice and searching for a dynamic Account Executive to join the team.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with Florida agency directors, legislative staff, and other key leaders.
- Represent the firm’s government services practice and enhance its visibility throughout the state.
- Identify and pursue strategic contracting opportunities aligned with firm capabilities.
- Collaborate with leadership and external partners to drive growth and influence.
- Attend legislative sessions, conferences, and networking events to expand relationships.
- Track opportunities and relationship activity through the firm’s CRM system.
- Support business development efforts and mentor internal teams on sales strategy.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales or business development experience.
- Established network and credibility within Florida’s state government
- Experience working in or with professional services firms is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: $100k-$150k Base + up to 20% bonus with performance
