Home Care Consultant

Seeking a Home Care Consultant for a home health company in the Memphis territory. This individual is responsible for connecting the relationships in the community, taking and managing inquiries for service from prospective clients and conducting in-home care consultations to discuss services to clients.
Responsibilities:

• Relationship building with community referral sources
• Taking and managing inquiries for service from prospective clients
• Conducting in home care consultations to explain services to clients
• Conduct quality assurance visits with clients as needed
• Participate in various PR and Marketing strategies

Requirements

• College degree required or equivalent work experience
• Related business or sales experience (consultative sales is a plus!)
• Must have valid dirvers license

KSA

• Must have understanding of and uphold the policies and procedures established within the company and laws pertaining to home health
• Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
• Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
• Must have the ability to demonstrate effective interpersonalskills is essential as well as sound judgement and good decision making
• Must demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies and procedures
• Must have the ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly work
• Must have the ability to establish good working realtionships with colleagues, the owners, clients and the community
• Must present a professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

*Base salary of $60k + bonus.
