Office Manager/ Patient Care Coordinator
Typical Hours (8:00-5:30 Monday-Thursday, 8:00-3:00 Friday)
-Self-starter to manage the front office
-answer phones and relay messages to therapists
-submit records requests to insurance companies
-handle problems as they arise pertaining to phones/faxes/shred it/copier
-Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard office procedures.
-help implement new practice management software
-payments for private pay patients
-Must be organized and goal oriented with a positive attitude.
-Superior attention to detail is a must.
-Experience with handling confidential records and information.
-Computer experience is essential.
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to multitask while providing excellent customer service.
-Must be a self-motivated team player
