Real Estate Closer

Service Specialists is recruiting a Real Estate Title Closer to assist real estate attorneys with their closing needs.

The ideal candidate will excel in the following:

Understanding the contents described in title commitments, lien searches and surveys

Knowledge of preparing title documents for closing, such as Deeds, affidavits, etc.

Knowledge of preparing Closing Disclosures, Settlement Statements and balance sheets/disbursement ledgers

Order title searches, municipal lien searches, HOA Estoppal, payoffs and surveys (when needed)

Communicating via phone and emails with attorneys, paralegals and search vendors

Able to handle a high case load of files and work well with attorneys and their paralegals throughout the State to bring the files to a successful close
