will@servicespecialistltd.comAfter graduating from Ole Miss in 2013, Will began a career in sales with Mississippi Ag Company, a 17-store John Deere dealership group across the Arkansas and Mississippi Deltas.
He later joined Service Specialists with business development and recruiting roles, finding the perfect candidate for large-scale healthcare corporations across the nation and managing temporary-to-permanent positions for manufacturing and distribution clients. Will oversees the day-to-day operations of our Ridgeland office.
Will takes great pride in providing exceptional service to our customers while also creating value and purpose for the candidates he places. He is proud to play a part in our family-owned Mississippi business!
Will is a former Ole Miss football player who shares his love of the sport with children and volunteers as Director of Operations at the You Gotta Believe Football Camps. He also serves as a coach at First Presbyterian Day School and on the Young Business Leaders of Jackson Advisory Board.
He and his wife, Cameron, are the proud parents of Mae and William. They attend Broadmoor Baptist Church, where Will serves as a deacon. He loves all things outdoors, especially duck hunting, and can’t wait for his children to join him in the duck blind.
