About the Opportunity

Service Specialists recruiting agency is partnering with A well-established, highly respected law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant to support its Real Estate department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoys being involved in all phases of real estate transactions, from intake to post-closing.

What You’ll Do

• Support attorneys with commercial and residential real estate transactions
• Coordinate and manage closings, documentation, and timelines
• Communicate with clients, lenders, realtors, title companies, and other stakeholders
• Prepare and review:
• Closing documents
• Title commitments and updates
• Surveys and legal descriptions
• Track transactions for reporting (including 1099s)
• Assist with post-closing processes, filings, and documentation
• Open new matters and support billing/time entry as needed
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the legal team

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in a legal setting (real estate or transactional preferred)
• Experience with title work, closings, or trust accounts preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Comfortable working with financials, documentation, and client communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; legal/billing systems experience is a plus
