Associate Attorney – Commercial Real Estate

Remote (Based in Oxford, MS)

Service Specialists recruiting agency is seeking an Associate Attorney for a well-established law firm in commercial real estate. This is an excellent opportunity for a CRE attorney who enjoys transactional work, collaborating with clients, and building a long-term career with a firm that values professional growth and exceptional client service. The firm is located in north Mississippi, but it can be remote optional.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with a variety of commercial real estate transactions from start to finish
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, financing documents, and other transactional agreements
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, contracts, and other legal documents
• Review title commitments, surveys, and due diligence materials
• Support commercial lending, acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects
• Communicate directly with clients, lenders, developers, title companies, and opposing counsel
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to provide practical legal solutions
• Manage multiple matters while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law, or eligible for admission in Mississippi
• Experience in commercial real estate, commercial lending, business transactions, or another transactional practice area is required
• Strong legal writing, drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
