Location: Orlando, FL
Salary: $28–$34/hour (approximately $60,000–$70,000 annually)
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to maximize uptime and production efficiency.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
Install, align, and maintain production machinery and equipment as needed.
Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and mechanical drawings.
Print production orders, coordinate schedules, and communicate priorities with the production team.
Schedule outbound deliveries with freight carriers and coordinate shipping logistics.
Purchase shop materials, monitor inventory levels, and maintain supply needs.
Complete maintenance records and work orders while ensuring compliance with company safety standards.
Work closely with production personnel to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
High school diploma or GED required.
3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
Comfortable using computers for production scheduling, purchasing, and maintenance documentation.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
