Service Specialists is recruiting a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager on behalf of an established and growing landscape company in North Mississippi. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the field, leading a team, building relationships with customers, and taking ownership of their work. The Account Manager will oversee day-to-day landscape maintenance operations while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee landscape maintenance crews and daily field operations
• Coordinate crew schedules, routes, and service priorities
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Respond to client requests and resolve service issues quickly and professionally
• Communicate expectations and priorities to crew leaders
• Monitor crew productivity, performance, and overall job quality
• Identify opportunities for landscape enhancements and additional services
• Prepare and present enhancement proposals to customers
• Help maintain profitable customer accounts and support continued business growth
• Work closely with company leadership to improve operations, customer satisfaction, and team performance

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of management, supervisory, or team leadership experience
• Landscape maintenance experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing multiple crews, projects, or customer accounts
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized and able to manage changing priorities
• Professional and customer-service oriented
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable identifying and discussing additional services with customers
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
