Service Specialists is recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to join the home office of a well-established organization in Ridgeland, Mississippi. This position will be part of the HR and payroll team responsible for supporting payroll operations for employees across six states.

Process and support multi-state payroll across six states.
Review payroll data, wages, deductions, taxes, benefits, and employee changes for accuracy.
Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and required tax/government reporting.
Partner with HR to support payroll needs and ensure timely, accurate processing.
Multi-state payroll experience required.
Experience with high-volume payroll preferred.
UKG experience preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven, team-oriented environment.
