Service Specialists is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established construction organization and work on a project in Apollo Beach, Florida. This role will oversee all phases of construction, from initial planning through project completion, while managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and daily operations. Oversee daily construction operations, project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Lead field teams, subcontractors, and project coordination meetings.
Manage project planning, procurement, and execution from start to finish.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, vendors, and key stakeholders.
Monitor project costs, quality control, safety, and contract compliance.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of project management experience in construction.
Strong background in managing large-scale, complex construction projects.
Experience with contract administration, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
OSHA 30 certification required.
Proficiency in Procore, scheduling software, and Bluebeam.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
