Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and overall project plans
Coordinate closely with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, owners, and vendors
Manage subcontractor scopes, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and procurement
Monitor project costs, commitments, forecasts, and overall profitability
Lead owner and project meetings and maintain strong client relationships
Identify potential schedule, budget, or constructability issues before they impact the project
Partner closely with field leadership to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality expectations
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Manage project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and final documentation
Represent the company professionally with clients, subcontractors, and the surrounding community
About You
Commercial construction experience is required
Proven experience managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager ready to advance
Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, sequencing, budgeting, scheduling, and contracts
Experience managing projects from start to finish
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents
Strong financial and cost-management skills
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable holding subcontractors and project partners accountable while maintaining strong working relationships
Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
Experience with commercial construction management software preferred
