A successful environmental firm is seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to join its team in Tupelo, Mississippi. This individual will play a key role in managing environmental investigations, compliance efforts, permitting activities, and client relationships across a variety of projects. We are looking for a high-energy, motivated professional who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is eager to grow within an established and respected organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and/or oversee environmental investigations and assessments
• Manage environmental compliance evaluations and permitting activities
• Perform and review Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments
• Prepare technical reports, findings, and project documentation
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams
• Utilize AutoCAD for project-related tasks and documentation
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining deadlines and quality standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service
• Provide leadership and direction on environmental projects as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant environmental consulting or related experience
• Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred/required
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations, investigations, and permitting
• AutoCAD experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to travel on a limited basis as needed
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and client-focused mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $75,000–$90,000 DOE + bonus potential
