Insurance Account Manager

We are partnering with a successful insurance company in Oxford to hire a Full-Time Account Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, people-oriented professional to work closely with an experienced leader who is committed to teaching, mentoring, and helping you grow in the industry. The Account Manager will play an important role in developing client relationships, understanding insurance needs, and providing thoughtful coverage recommendations. This position is designed for someone who enjoys connecting with people and wants to build a long-term career in the insurance industry.

Depending on experience, the selected candidate may have the opportunity to:

• Receive paid time to study for licensing exams before starting in the office.
• Begin at a higher base salary if already licensed or experienced in insurance.

Compensation

• Total compensation potential: $60,000–$80,000, depending on activity level and experience.
• Base salary starts at $30,000 for those without prior licensing or industry experience.
• Competitive commission opportunities available for strong performers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Prior sales, customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (expenses covered by the company).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
