Litigation Legal Assistant

Our client, a highly respected boutique law firm, is seeking an experienced litigation Paralegal with a background in traditional big law. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of e-filing with federal and state courts.
- Organize and maintain case files, including base labeling, discovery management, and document production.
- Draft, proofread, and edit a variety of legal documents, including discovery responses, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, court staff, and opposing counsel, ensuring accuracy and professionalism at all times.
- Track and bill time accurately in accordance with firm procedures.
- Assist with trial preparation and case strategy as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably within a large law firm environment.
- Must be able to conduct legal research
- Proven expertise in e-filing, discovery, and drafting legal documents.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
- Familiarity with timekeeping and billing practices.
- A desire to transition from a traditional big law culture to a more balanced and collaborative work environment.
