This individual will oversee all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety, schedule, and quality standards, while maintaining strong communication with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage all field operations, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and daily site supervision.
- Ensure jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with all company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain project schedules and proactively address potential delays or issues.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Owners, and Architects to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and mentor field teams, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular site meetings and document progress reports.
- Oversee subcontractor performance and enforce project specifications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Proven experience managing projects in the $20–$50 million range.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple trades and teams.
- In-depth understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and project excellence.
- Proficiency with construction management software and digital documentation tools.
- Base Salary: $125,000–$150,000 (based on experience)
- Bonuses: Annual performance-based bonuses
