ktartt@servicespecialistltd.comAfter graduating from Jackson Prep in Jackson, Mississippi, Kelsey attended The University of Mississippi in Oxford, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
While at Ole Miss, she completed her internship during the summers at River Hills Club. After graduation, she was hired on full-time as the assistant director of events. Kelsey loved planning events and parties but was ready for more normal working hours. So, in October of 2012, she switched careers and became the payroll manager at Sitters, LLC, where she spent nine years.
Kelsey joined the Service Specialists LTD staff as the regional director of staffing in July of 2021. She loves meeting new people and helping them land their dream jobs.
Born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi, Kelsey is married to Michael Tartt and they live in Madison with their two adorable children—daughter Peyton and son Tucker. The Tartts are members of Madison United Methodist Church.
Kelsey is an active member of the Junior League of Jackson, where she serves as the co-chair of the Midtown Backpack project. She has a passion for ensuring children in the Jackson Public Schools have enough to eat on weekends, and she’s proud to have been a part of the project for four years. When she’s not busy chasing her kids around, Kelsey enjoys traveling, scrolling TikTok, reading beauty blogs, and enjoying an ice-cold White Claw.
