Accounting Manager – $80K–$110K + 20% Bonus | Louisburg, NC | Full-Time | Onsite

Service Specialists recruiting agency is seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead its day-to-day accounting operations for a growing, well-established company in Louisburg, NC. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated accounting professional looking to step into a leadership role, make a measurable impact, and grow alongside a company that values integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AR/AP, payroll review, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Prepare and review monthly profit & loss statements, trial balance, and other financial documents
• Monitor accounts receivable and assist with collections as needed
• Mentor and support your accounting team through cross-training and performance reviews
• Collaborate across departments to maintain high levels of service and reporting accuracy
• Participate in systems improvements and support technology transitions as needed
• Lead or assist in special projects and reporting for senior leadership

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s or CPA preferred but not required)
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, with at least some exposure to supervisory responsibilities
• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and AR/AP
• Ability to analyze financial data and communicate findings clearly
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a team-first attitude
