What You’ll Be Doing:

• Represent the company in the community as the friendly face customers trust.
• Provide residential and commercial pest control and specialty services (training provided).
• Drive a company vehicle and manage your own service route.
• Inspect and assess properties for pest issues and offer professional solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Apply products safely and professionally following label standards.
• Maintain a Safety-First mindset at all times — especially when driving or working in the field.

What They’re Looking For:

• No experience necessary! Just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Clear communicator with solid people skills — this is a customer-facing role.
• Ability to work independently and manage a route efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass a background check, MVR screen, and drug test.
• Willing to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company pays for it!).
