Account Manager
Position Summary:
Service Specialists is recruiting for a highly motivated, skilled, and professional Account Manager to join our client's team. In this role, the account manager will work directly with the sales team and be a primary contact for external customers in a fast-moving environment. They will utilize an electronic job tracking system to manage multiple accounts and the status of jobs, work closely with members of management, estimating, scheduling, production, purchasing, and sales to successfully carry out the customer’s vision – through pricing, paper selection, production, press checks/quality control and timely delivery. They will be responsible for ensuring customers' needs are met by managing customer information/specifications and coordinating the creation of the final product while meeting or exceeding customers' expectations.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales meet or exceed sales goals by:
• Identifying additional decision-makers in different departments and locations within those selected accounts.
• Maintaining contact with all assigned customers via the telephone as defined by the calls and talk time goals established by the Sales Manager.
- Develop and maintain professional communication and sales skills.
- Maintain open and effective communication with all company personnel.
- Understand and know how to use essential office equipment.
- Perform related duties as assigned by the Director of Account Management.
Qualifications/Attributes:
- 2+ years of inside sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detailed oriented.
- Team Player
- Self-motivated, Go-Getter.
