Attorney (Real Estate/Title)

Job Summary
Seeking an Attorney to join a premier title company based in Flowood. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed or early-career attorney to gain experience in real estate law, title, and escrow work. The position offers hands-on training and mentorship, with the chance to grow into a long-term career within the title industry.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret contracts, title commitments, and closing documents.
• Assist with escrow transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Work with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to resolve title issues.
• Support closings by preparing and reviewing necessary documents.
• Provide legal oversight to ensure transactions meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active Mississippi Bar license required (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Eager to learn and grow within the title and escrow field.

Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000 – $80,000 base salary
