- Maintain strong collaboration across departments to ensure seamless project planning and execution.
- Oversee the development of accurate cost estimates, project budgets, and value engineering recommendations.
- Manage risk assessments and provide strategic input to mitigate cost and schedule risks.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to define project scopes and expectations.
- Ensure successful project transitions from preconstruction to operations teams.
