The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, and organizing meetings, some property management, etc. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Manage and coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents
- Provide general administrative support.
- Marketing for real estate and short term rental properties.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
- Must be extremely proficient in microsoft office.
