Maintenance Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Input PM’s and Work Orders into MP2
- Generate and schedule PM’s and Work Orders to Maintenance Techs.
- Generate Open Work Orders and Filter Change Work Orders (Filter Pots).
- Monitor use of parts and maintenance supplies and initialize reorder of items.
- Receive/Add parts and inventory into stock.
- Maintain stock levels and conduct weekly inventory counts (Turn inventory count sheets in weekly).
- Conduct an annual physical inventory count between November 1 through December 30 each year.
- Ensure that all team members adhere to the safety policy.
- Assist in plant breakdowns and shutdowns.
- Must report to work as scheduled and on time.
- Able to work flexible days/hours as needed (Breakdowns, Weekends, Shutdowns, Holidays, Emergency Employee Absence, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned.

- Spare Inventory Parts Equal to W.O./P.M. Completion
- Inventory Count >98% Accuracy
Team
- Weekly Shift Turnover Attendance
- Daily Inspection of Maint. issues in log book
Requirements
- Ability to learn purchasing systems
- Ability to learn parts inventory systems
- Experience with maintenance planning systems software (MP2 is a plus)
- Can work well with vendors and contractors
- Maintains work area within all sanitation, housekeeping, environmental and safety expectations
- Proven leadership abilities in a Team environment
- Ability to pass a drug and background check
- Minimum of 3 years experience with manufacturing maintenance
