About SmartDollar
SmartDollar includes engaging content and a full set of tools to help employees make actual progress with money, not just live paycheck to paycheck. By focusing on one goal at a time, employees get quick wins and build momentum to move through the plan. Employees are able to make lasting changes in their personal budgeting and money saving goals.
We are so excited to see what this program can do for our employees. I have completed the Dave Ramsey Financial Peace course and learned so much from it. Using the Dave Ramsey 7 Baby Steps, employees have the opportunity to learn how to make a budget, get out of debt, save for the future, and make their own plans for retirement. There is nothing more life changing than having financial peace. We hope that this program will make a difference in the life of each of our employees.
