About the Role Reporting directly to the CFO, the Career Development Manager will play a key role in bridging Human Resources and Operations, building meaningful relationships across all levels of the organization (approximately 75–100 employees). This individual will be instrumental in promoting career growth from within, defining career paths, and implementing programs that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and succession planning. This is a hybrid role, offering both strategic influence and hands-on involvement in shaping the company’s talent strategy. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with employees to understand individual goals, motivations, and development needs. Partner with leadership to identify, plan, and execute internal growth opportunities and succession plans. Design and implement structured career paths, promotion strategies, and internal training programs. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and HR teams to align development initiatives with business objectives. Foster a culture of communication, trust, and long-term retention.
